  I had requested an early (8am) job start when placing the order. I was informed the day before the unload that their start window was 9-930am. If I had known this previously, I would have cancelled and gone with another mover. On the day, I received a text from one of the crew, stating that he only finishes his over night shift at 830am, and his team member only finishes at 9am, and that it’s a 50 min drive to job site. As a result, I and my clients son had to start unloading our truck, and had almost unloaded half by the time the guys got to job site. As a result, they only worked 2 out of 3 hours booked, leading me to think this might be a tactic of the owner and crew. No partial refund was offered for the inconvenience and poor communication. While the guys worked well on the job, they did not concern themselves with asking about placement of patio or sunroom furniture, and made comments about having to retouch pieces, as customer had not told them how to place items.

  Whats the Move

  Very good Experience. Was given a 1-hr window and the movers called about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive to let us know they were on their way. When they arrived, they were courteous, professional, and very efficient! They treated out items with care and respect. They also taught us how to use our ratchet straps. Overall, had an easy, seamless experience with What’s the Move and would hire them again!
